The Medical imaging department is a comprehensive service providing clinical application of imaging technology (X-rays and ultrasounds) 9 hours per day, six (6) days per week. Services are provided to the inpatient and outpatient population of all ages.  Diagnostic results reporting are continuously transmitted to the ordering physician's office. The following service are provided: Reception, X-ray request, Patient identification, Patient history, Taking X-ray examination (skeletal imaging, chest, abdomen and special exams), Image processing, Image identification, Interpretation of result on ultrasound examinations, and Feedback or findings.
