Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Newborn babies who need intensive medical attention are often admitted into a special area of hospital called the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Our NICU is a level III NICU which combines advanced technology and trained health care professionals to provide specialized care for f the tiniest patients and critically ill neonates. Our NICU has a 5 bed capacity and the ratio is 1 to 2.

Our NICU provides preventive and curative services for Neonates who need intensive medical attention .The services are offered 24/7 a day. The unit is made up with a clinical area and a nursing station. The permanent NICU staffs are registered nurses, midwives, physicians and cleaners.

NICU team members work together with parents to create a plan for high risk newborns.
