The ophthalmology department is a new service in Kacyiru Hospital, it started in June 2020. Today, the staff team is made by four members: Two Ophthalmic Clinical Officers, one trained Nurse and a trained specific cashier. The service is open 9 hours per day, six days per week. It provides curative and preventive services.
