The outpatient department offers services to patients whom the conditions are not critical; they are evaluated and treated by the physician and go back home the same day; but, some of them might be given an appointment to come back again for follow up and review. It is also possible to transfer patient for further treatment and management to referral hospital if the case could not be managed at our facility level, as it is done for Maternity Admission and other inpatient clients.

This service works from Monday to Sunday 24h/24h, there are two to five nurses, a Receptionist and others who work with appointed physicians. This service offers service including Outpatient registration, Consultation, providing the  right information to the next step of health care, Medical prescription, External referral and Follow-up of patient with chronic illness in collaboration with allied health professional departments such as Mental Health Department, Laboratory Department, Medical Imaging Department, Ophthalmology Department and Mental Department.
